Evolve Yoga + Wellness is about to open.  We’ll begin with our first class this upcoming Saturday, November 20th with Dynamic Flow from 7-9 AM.  Then join us over the Thanksgiving Holiday for the following special classes:

Thanksgiving Day class by donation

9-10:30 AM Offering of Gratitude, Yoga with Ann Hunt, all levels welcome

Friday 11/26/2010

8:30-9:45 AM “Burn the Bird”, HOT Flow Yoga with Miriam Kindley  $10

10-11 AM Zumba, a fun Latin Inspired Dance Fitness class with Pat Whitmer  $10

Saturday 11/27/2010

7-9 AM Dynamic Flow Yoga with Lauri Bruce   $10

10-10:45 AM Family Yoga with Joyce and Kathy

(2yr+kids and adults)  Free Class!

Our full schedule will be available on-line soon at www.EvolveYogaWellness.com and full schedule of classes will begin on Monday, November 29th.  What a great way to start the holidays!

Over 75 people showed up at 7:30 on this gorgeous Saturday morning.  It was chilly to start but Miriam got us warmed up. Final Sunrise class of the season is October 16th.  Then we’ll be moving it all indoors and into the new studio!
