Reading List for Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher Training

Here is the reading list for the 200-Hour Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher Training.  It’s such a great yoga library that I thought I should share this list with everyone interested in taking their yoga practice to a deeper level. Each one of these books has an incredible wealth of insights and information about the yoga inquiry and the mind-body connection.
